About my counselling practice

I completed my Level 6 diploma in Integrative Counselling in October 2024, but prior to that worked as a mentor and therapist in a range of settings, including addiction recovery, residential support for adults with mental health and learning difficulties. For the past 15 years I have worked in education as a teacher, mentor, and mental health facilitator.

I bring this experience with me into the counselling room, aiming to create a safe, non-judgemental space where my clients can discuss whatever they need to.

The First Session

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours to schedule a short 15 minute phone call to discus your requirements from counselling without further obligation. If you decide to continue, your initial consultation will be where we put together a treatment plan for you, based on what you need and how long you’d like the counselling to take place for. I offer both long and short term counselling, and single session treatments are also available for some specific goals, such as overcoming a challenge at work like an upcoming job interview.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place in my therapy room in Maidstone. Parking is available near by, and often on site. Online sessions are also available.
